Administration

• Property management: we will perform a technical assessment of the property, will eliminate defects, if any, will ensure that you have received payable invoices or will pay those for you, and will represent your interests during annual general meetings.
• Property renting, tenant monitoring: we will rent your property, will follow the regularity of payments by your tenants and the technical condition of the property, will organize technical service assistance, if necessary.
• Regular report submission to the owner regarding the up-to-date status of the  property: according to the agreement, we will regularly submit reports regarding property inspection, resolutions adopted during general meetings, technical condition of the property, reports on repair works, clearance of payments.
