• Finding a buyer or a tenant: we will develop an individual sale/rental strategy and attract potential buyers/tenants from the range of our partners both in Latvia and abroad, which will enable us to sell your property faster at the highest market price possible.
• Engineering and legal property status:  we will provide a technical and legal assessment of the property; and if necessary, we will also provide recommendations to eliminate any defects.
• Support in legal and tax issues: we will provide you with a legally sound contract of sale and/or purchase and will consult you on tax matters.
